Micro tillage machine has become one of the necessary agricultural machines for farmers' families because of its lightness, flexibility, multi-function and cost performance. It is an important force to ensure farmers' spring planting and autumn sowing. After years of technological development, micro cultivator has replaced many traditional farming animal operation projects. In order to keep it in working state all the time, its daily maintenance is particularly important. However, there are some misunderstandings in the use and maintenance of many manipulators. The following daily maintenance and operation precautions are for the reference of the majority of manipulators.

1、 New machine running in

Many robot operators simply do not understand the concept and significance of running in. They think that running in not only wastes time and oil, but also "uneconomical". They think it is OK to let it idle for 2 ~ 3 hours after they go home. In fact, running in is a step-by-step process. It must start from low speed, low gear and low load of the throttle, and gradually increase to high speed, gear and heavy load. The purpose of running in is to gradually grind off the uneven part of the mating surface of the parts by slowly increasing the load under good technical and lubrication conditions, so as to lay a good foundation for the normal use and prolongation of the service life of the machine.

2、 Daily maintenance

Due to the poor working environment of micro cultivator, maintenance is particularly important. During the operation of micro cultivator, due to the friction and vibration of parts and components, and the invasion of oil, mud and water, it is inevitable to cause the wear of parts and components; Loose connection, corrosion and aging. Wash the machine with water after use every day, dry it thoroughly after washing, and add oil to the running and sliding parts as required. However, during flushing, do not infiltrate water into the suction port of the air filter. During daily maintenance, the engine must be shut down and carried out after the overheated part is cooled.

3、 Warehousing and storage maintenance

If the micro cultivator is not used for a long time, it must be warehoused according to the following steps.

1. The engine stops after running at low speed for about 5 minutes;

2. Drain the lubricating oil when the engine is still hot and replace it with new oil;

3. Take out the rubber stopper on the cylinder head, inject a little oil, place the pressure reducing lever at the non compression position, and pull the recoil starting handle 2-3 times (but the engine cannot be started);

4. Place the decompression handle at the compression position, slowly pull out the recoil start handle, and put it at the compression position to stop. In this way, the suction and exhaust valves are closed, and the moisture will not enter the engine, which can prevent rust;

5. In order to prevent external dirt pollution, the machine should be kept in a dry place;

6. All work tools shall be subject to rust prevention treatment and kept together with the host to avoid loss.

4、 Common maintenance problems

Some common wrong maintenance methods mainly include the following:

1. Cool the air cooler with water. Some operators saw that the temperature of the air cooler was high, worried about damaging the machine, and used watering to help cool down. In fact, it is a very wrong practice. The water suddenly cools down, the cylinder liner suddenly shrinks, and it is easy to pull the cylinder, break the ring, and even break the cylinder liner.

2. Don't pay attention to shift maintenance. Some operators think it's OK to carry out maintenance once a few days. In fact, wear and tear is a cumulative process, which is as important as shift maintenance.

3. Do not pay attention to the quality of fuel and lubricating oil. Poor fuel quality not only makes the machine power insufficient, but also accelerates the wear of oil pump and core sleeve; The quality of lubricating oil will directly affect the starting performance and service life of the machine. Do not be careless.

4. Improper use of sealant for engine side cover gasket. After the sealant is used on the side cover pad, the excess sealant is easy to enter the gearbox. Due to long-time work and the suction of the oil pump, the sealant is easy to block the oil inlet hole of the oil, so that the crankshaft and connecting rod can not be effectively lubricated.

5. Tighten the screws on the machine body. The micro cultivator is mostly equipped with an engine with an aluminum alloy box. The hardness of the aluminum alloy is obviously lower than that of nodular cast iron. Therefore, all screws on the body must be forced according to the specified torque, especially the cylinder head screws. If you don't pay attention to it, it will "wire drawing". And try not to tighten the screws when the engine is hot.

6. Randomly dismantle the air guide cover and wind shield of the air cooler. Some operators do not know the role of the wind guide cover and wind deflector. They think it is something to block the soil. They can or can not disassemble it at will, so that the wind of the fan can not be concentrated and the cooling effect is lost.

5、 Common wrong operation

The wrong operation method can easily cause some faults. To sum up, there are mainly the following:

1. Long time overload operation. When the micro tiller is operating in paddy fields and hard fields, if it is found that the machine is abnormally smoking, it shall be downshifted in time.

2. In case of abnormal noise, shut down the machine for maintenance in time. Restart after troubleshooting.

3. Various clearances shall be adjusted frequently.

4. The startup method is incorrect, which is easy to damage the startup pull plate. Start in strict accordance with the requirements of the manual.

5. When turning, do not lift the armrest, and use the power assisted plough knife to turn, which is easy to break the power assisted plough knife.

6. It is easy to cause poor engine lubrication if the head is tilted for a long time.
